Serene Escape with Fine Views

Our mountain getaway became really good thanks to the gorgeous sunset views from our balcony. The staff's professionalism impressed us, especially during our dining experience. Be advised to explore local eateries for a wider variety of delicious cuisine. The peaceful ambiance enriched our stay.

It was in a marvellous location close enough to a nearby restaurant, the hillside and the west coast. All the staff was very, very nice and polite, settled my issues.

The hotel was situated in a beautiful little village on the hillside with views down to the Med. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the room was very comfortable. There was an indoor and outdoor pool. The view from the outdoor pool was amazing. Very impressed with the hotel. Would definitely return to The Maristel.

The hotel offers a fine view from the sea view rooms.

The room furnishings were outdated and poorly maintained, failing to resemble what was advertised online. I was disappointed to find crooked wardrobe doors, and the walls had noticeable dirt and paint streaks. The noise levels from other rooms were disruptive.

The staff were charming and helpful. A very happy place. Estellencs itself is small and absolutely charming and good restaurants. Sea within walking distance and mountains too - so it offers everything you could want.

The hotel is big and modern and doesnt sit very well in its small rustic surroundings - saying that it is well planned out and the facilities are great! We stayed out of season and didnt eat at the hotel but there are places to eat in the small village and the views are stunning. Spa is great, really well equipped with pool sauna jacuzzi etc. I would imagine staying here in the summer, lying by the pool and looking out towards the ocean would be amazing :)

What you'll love and hate

The outdoor pool is amazing,, and the breakfast was great. Clean and spacious rooms with fine sea views.

Limited parking availability creates inconvenience. The staff at reception lacked warmth and failed to greet upon arrival.

Its about 35 min from palma and a little drive most places but a very neat place and if your going to see sights other than palma its very good

The fantastic view at sea and sunset, clean rooms, very nice bed, breakfast was good and the staff is very friendly and helpful! Peaceful village with some good restaurants! And the pool is much better then the pictures show!

No real sand beach nearby, there is a small bay with rocks!

Clean friendly accessible large room big balcony and sea view exactly as described. We will use it again.

The hotel etc was excellent, the only very minor grumble was that we forgot to prebook for the evening meal and the chef prepares just the right amount so late bookings are not accepted. There seemed to be a lot of people with little to do during the evening meal and it would have been nice if they could have accommodated and profited from late bookers (entirely my fault though never the less I spent £100 euros next door which could have come their way).

Stylish hotel, gorgeous breakfasts, gorgeous location down the valley towards the sea. Double superior unit with a modern decor. Lovely view of the village of Estellencs from the window. Superb service overall and parking nearby. A bar in the reception area.

Ja, we had such an lekker time! The staff were super friendly, always smiling and keen to help. Seriously, big shoutout to the chommies at reception! The outdoor pool was a dream, and brekkie every morning was just divine, fresh juice and all. Plus, the views from our room.

4 star holiday with nice spa, friendly staff and good service

We had a very warm welcome and an upgrade - the views were stunning

The bar was not manned and it meant getting a member of staff from receiption every time you fancied a drink.
